KAİSHAN’S İZBAŞ FACTORY READY FOR PRODUCTİON

As the İzmir Free Zone, one of Türkiye’s and the Aegean Region’s major production and export centers, we continue to be a destination for investments with both domestic and foreign capital. The factory built at İZBAŞ by the Chinese-capital Kaishan Group, one of the world’s leading brands in compressor manufacturing, was officially opened at a ceremony.

At the facility, built on an area of 20,000 square meters with an investment of USD 20 million, drilling equipment and compressors for geothermal power plants will be manufactured. Speaking at the opening, our Chairman Eyüp Sevimli said, “The investment by Kaishan, the newest member of the İZBAŞ family, once again demonstrates our Zone’s strategic position in terms of international industrial investment.”

The compressors and drilling equipment to be manufactured at the Kaishan İZBAŞ Factory, completed in just one year, will be used across various industrial fields and exported to different regions around the world.

We hope the Kaishan investment will create value for our country and our Zone while contributing to employment.
