Turkey, which completed 2025 with $273 billion in exports, ranks among the world's most dynamic countries with advanced industrial infrastructure. Located in a logistical position closest to high-purchasing-power target markets worldwide and with a per capita national income exceeding $15,000 as of 2025, Turkey is also the focus of many foreign-capital investments with its export-driven growth vision.

Izmir is one of our country's most important export ports and a city that has maintained its mission as a center of production, trade, and export throughout its 8,500-year history. With its three free zones, Izmir is also the city with the first and most comprehensive examples of free zone implementation in Turkey.

Taking its name from this great economic and cultural heritage, the Izmir Free Zone began its production journey as an Organized Industrial Zone in 1984 and has continued as a free zone since 1997, ranking among the most important production and export centers in Northern Izmir.

Our region, which is among the production centers with the best logistics facilities not only in Izmir but also in our country, is located only 45 minutes away from the city center of Izmir, facilitating access to qualified labor, which is the most important issue for our participating companies.

Located within a 30 to 40 kilometer radius of the Aliağa Nemrut ports and the İzmir Alsancak port, İZBAŞ enables investor companies to reach their target markets with the shortest and most cost-effective logistics operations.

We offer extremely advantageous opportunities for investors who focus on export-oriented production, employ a large number of personnel, pay high income tax, pay corporate tax continuously and in high amounts, use imported inputs in their production, and have export revenue.

Our 153,000 square meter expansion area, for which we will begin infrastructure work in 2026, will increase the area we allocate to investors by 10%. The fact that we will rapidly integrate our flawlessly functioning infrastructure into our expansion area, which borders our neighbors, will also accelerate our region's ability to allocate land for large-scale investments.
